A travel guide to the best places to visit

Rialto Filmtheater

Rialto film theatre is founded in 1982 and is a leading independent cinema with three auditoria and a café. It focuses on the display of exceptional independent European films and high quality films from other parts of the world. It prides itself on and distinguishes itself by its global outlook on movies. On occasion festivals and special events, such as lectures and discussions, are held here as well. Most of the original movies can be seen in their native language with Dutch subtitles.

This cinema is located behind the Sarphatipark, which is outside of the touristic city center. Luckily it can be reached quite easily by simply taking the tram which stops right in front of the door.
