M89 Hotel is located at Via Mecenate which is one of the main roads that links the city center of Milan with Linate airport. Just outside the hotel is a tram line that brings you straight to the city center of Milan. For its guests that arrive by car has the hotel a garage as well as outdoor parking spaces available, but it is advised to reserve your spot because the number of private parking spaces is limited. Nearby are also free public parking spots.

In the hotel is a restaurant that is specialized in Mediterranean cuisine and there is a bar where you can enjoy great cocktails and appetizers. Milan often has really nice weather so you could make use of the nice outdoor terrace with views. An advantage of this hotel is that the buffet breakfast is included.
